As A DreamBuilder Coach, certified by Brave Thinking Institute, Paula
helps individuals rediscover their direction, learn how to live with intention,
and create a life that they love that is truly their own.
Paula Brown Marquart is a Certified Coach offering the DreamBuilder, Life Mastery, and Leadership programs helping anyone who senses their life could feel more aligned and meaningful, who is longing to live with greater intention and authenticity and feels the quiet pull toward a life that fulfills their purpose.
Paula brings a lifetime of experience guiding others in growth, learning, and personal development. For 27 years, she worked as an elementary educator supporting students with special needs, helping them build skills, confidence, and a sense of possibility in their lives. Alongside her work in education, Paula spent 14 years teaching weekday religion classes to teenagers, focusing on both their spiritual formation and personal growth.
Her commitment to developing others extended beyond the classroom. In the Central New York area, Paula served as a leader and counselor to teachers across several churches, offering guidance, encouragement, and ongoing support. Through classroom visits and one-on-one conversations, she helped instructors more effectively communicate faith-based teachings to children and youth in ways that were meaningful and accessible.
Paula was also trained by the New York State United Teachers Education and Learning Trust to deliver professional development and facilitate certification courses for educators throughout the region, equipping fellow teachers with practical tools and renewed confidence in their work.
Today, Paula continues her commitment to service as a certified Lay Speaker with the United Methodist Church in the Northern Flow District.
Through all of her work, Paula has been drawn to a common thread: helping people recognize their potential, think more intentionally about their lives, and grow into who they are meant to be. Her coaching builds on this foundation, guiding individuals to rediscover their direction and consciously create lives that feel meaningful and truly their own.
When we connect with a tribe of people with similar values and beliefs, amazing things can happen. You expand your network of valuable connections. You get to give and receive help and support. You get to experience that priceless feeling of being part of something greater than yourself. My Group Coaching clients benefit not just from the coaching process, but also from peer learning with others. Plus, many of my clients find coaching in a group puts them “less on the spot”, giving them more time to reflect and integrate their insights.
